Account security tips

Follow these steps to keep your bh99 account secure:

  • Use a strong password: Create your password using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Never share your password with anyone: No bh99 staff member will ever ask for your password.
  • Keep 2FA enabled: With OTP verification enabled at login, no one else can access your account even if they know your password.
  • Be cautious on public Wi-Fi: Use mobile data to log in whenever possible.
  • Log Out: Always log out when you're done, especially when using someone else's device.
  • Report Suspicious Activity: If you notice any unusual login or transaction activity, contact support right away.

What to Do If You Have Login Issues

Forgetting your password or getting locked out of your account can happen. Both are easy to resolve:

  • If you forget your password: On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and receive an OTP on your mobile to set a new password.
  • If your account is locked: Entering the wrong password several times in a row may temporarily lock your account. Wait 30 minutes or contact support.
  • If your mobile number changes: Contact the support team and update your number through identity verification.
Important: bh99 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or phone. If anyone requests your password, it is a phishing scam. Contact support immediately.
